Throw an After-Party

Plan in advance to take your Launch Team to lunch afterwards, or maybe plan a BBQ for that Sunday evening. Don’t have anything for them (or you!) to do; just celebrate and relax.

The cost of the meal or catering will be minimal in comparison to the relational momentum you’ll gain.
